Coach Pitch Softball is for players ages 7 and 8. Girls only teams, no tryouts, practices begin after March 11. Approximately 8 games. Interleague with other City Little League teams. No scores or standings are kept, and no umpire. Players get a t-shirt and cap/visor to keep and are asked to wear cleats and to have a glove.

AAA Softball is generally for players aged 9 and 10 (some 11), who are ready to learn to play kid-pitch fastpitch softball. (If your 11 year old has not played softball before, this is the place to start.) Girls only teams, kids pitch, 60 foot diamond, approximately 14-16 games. Scores and standings are kept, and games are umpired by volunteer umpires. Interleague with other City Little League teams. Complete softball attire (pants, socks and belt) required. Players get a t-shirt and cap/visor to keep and are required to wear cleats and to have a glove.

Majors is for players 11 and 12, (with a very limited number of 10 year old players). Girls only teams, kids pitch, 60 foot diamond, approximately 16-18 games. Scores and standings are kept, and games are umpired by volunteer umpires. Interleague with other City Little League teams. Complete softball attire (pants, socks and belt) required. Players are issued a league-owned jersey, which must be returned at the end of the season, and are required to wear cleats and to have a glove.

Juniors is for players ages 13 and 14. Girls only teams, kids pitch, 60 foot diamond, approximately 20-25 games. Scores and standings are kept, and games are umpired by volunteer umpires. Interleague with other District 8 (Queen Anne to Woodinville) teams. Occasional out of district games. High school players are encouraged to play Little League as well, for playing time. Complete softball attire (pants, socks and belt) required. Players are issued a league-owned jersey, which must be returned at the end of the season, and are required to wear cleats and to have a glove.
